Doomsday

Matt had an extra Rookie Doomsday that had come off it's base that we thought would make an ideal candidate for a custom LE version that would more closely resemble his immense powers (c'mon, the guy killed Superman for crying out loud.) So he entrusted me to design the stats, print out and insert the custom dial and of course, glue the figure back to the base. I'm very satisfied with the result. He starts out with a movement value of 12 with Hypersonic Speed, an attack value of 10 (which gradually increases to 15! before dropping back down to 10) with Super Strength that lasts the entire dial, a defense value of 19 with Willpower (he then gains Impervious for 2 clicks, Invulnerability for 1 click and the rest are Toughness) and his damage value is a whopping 6 clicks for 4 clicks, then drop to 5 for another 4, and it never drops below 4 (which later is supplemented by Close Combat Expert.)
The guy is a monster. Total point value: 269.
Oh, and I'd like to suggest to the rest of the group that he is considered an arch enemy to any Superman figure, not just the ones from the Hypertime set.
Matt will be the first to take him for a test drive, you know, since it's still his figure and all...

I only have the issue where he dies. I don't have much of the stuff leading up to that, but I heard from this guy who knows a girls who's best friends brother's girlfriends neighbors niece went to Smallville High and she said it was because Superman was flirting with Doomsday's girlfriend. Only she says she's not his girlfriend even though she's pregnant with his kid and they went to the prom together. But that might be a rumour.

Well, That's a might fine dial you got there, But I would suggest that you replace HHS with Charge for most of his dial and insted of CCE he should have Exploit weekness.
Oh and to help him stand out the fig should spattered by blood from his victims.

As for his motivation to take out Supes. He was created by a rogue Kryptonian scientist. Doomsday can smell the Kryptonian on Clark and the desire to re kill his master is the driving force.

He only has Hypersonic for the first 4 clicks, then he has Charge on clicks 5 through 8.
As for exploit weakness, was he coated in Kryptonite or something?

He is a living engine of destruction, he has a natural ability to adapt to what he's fighting. When he took out Guy Gardner he knew instinctivly to go after the ring, with Fire he stomped her into the ground, that's why I think EW at the end of his dial. Also since he can't ever realy die due to his power of evolving beyond anything that can damage him you might want to add Regen to the last few clicks as well.

Okay, so now I have 3 different sets of stats for ol' Doomsie. Matt's happy with his 269 point version. Beau will get one with fewer clicks of Hypersonic and Charge, but with Regen and Exploit Weakness at the end of the dial (this one costs only 256 points.) For mine, I opted for one sort of inbetween Beua's and Matt's that has all the clicks of Hypersonic and Charge, but also the Regen and Exploit Weakness (which costs 265 points.) Which version would you like with your fig, Neal?
