Custom Feat Cards

We've already discussed a few custom feat cards we'd like to make and use in a game, but here's one I thought of last night:

Captain Universe (cost: 100 points)

Choose a character that is 100 points or less in value.
Add 2 to all printed values on that character's dial.

Pretty wicked, eh?
